It can be easy to think you’re not going to fit in unless you have rock-solid abs and bear crawl at the speed of a cheetah. We get it.
It can be easy to think that everyone’s watching and judging you. We get it.
So let us assure you… we’ve got your back when you first start, cos we know what that feeling was like too. The end goal is maybe to have rock solid abs…but start goal should be ‘Just Start!’
Our members come from all walks of life. They are dairy farmers, school teachers, students, business owners, home exec’s. What they have in common is their goal – to be their best self.
