Inferno sessions are broad, inclusive and in nature constantly varied functional movements designed to push us towards ultimate fitness.
These sessions will help burn fat, gain strength and mobility – an added bonus, meeting some real cool people.
Lite (On Ramp)
For the Beginners
Our Lite program in our ‘on ramp’ for new members in order to participate and get the most out of our fitness classes. The purpose is to safely coach and guide our members through movements, techniques and form while getting to know them at the same time.
This mandatory program is 3 x 1hour sessions with coach.
Ready For A Challenge?
Rogue combines the best of both worlds, mixing up high intensity versions of CrossFit and ZUU together! High energy 45-minute class, mixing a fast-paced cardio workout, HIIT, bodyweight ZUU and weight training, perfect for the athlete looking for a non-stop, action-packed 45min of exercise, minus the high skill Olympic lifting.
Cardio, muscle tone, flexibility and agility training.
Low impact, High intensity.
Raw follows ZUU! high energy, low impact session based around primal movements.
You’ll get your heart rate up and experience this unique culture of earning respect, humility and finding your #truth.
