Getting Started At Inferno Fitness Cambridge
Inferno sessions are broad, inclusive and in nature constantly varied functional movements designed to push us towards ultimate fitness.
These sessions will help burn fat, gain strength and mobility – an added bonus, meeting some real cool people.
• 45-60 mins in duration
• High intensity but able to be scaled (modified to fit) your fitness level
For the Beginners
A personal program and/or coaching session is great for attacking weak areas in your technique, or if you want special time to put in extra work. If you have a weakness (face it we all do) in any area of your movements, a private coaching session is great for tackling those areas. There are a number of high skill movements like the Olympic lifts or gymnastics movements that require a ton of technique work, more than time will allow in your usual Inferno sessions.

11-17 Years Old
Our aim with teens (11 – 17 yrs) is helping them develop a lifelong love of fitness. In a group setting, teens participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well-rounded humans.
We are all about constantly varied, functional movements that deliver a fitness that is broad, inclusive, general and scalable for any participant at any level. What’s that mean? For the most part, no two workouts are the same, which means teens never get bored and the novelty of each workout keeps them excited about participating.
The movements involve exercises that are fundamental to all things that kids need to do when they pull, push, run, throw, climb, lift, jump etc. All of the movements are taught safely and effectively under the close supervision of our coaches.
